Southern California School of Floral Design - Phil Rulloda

The Southern California School of Floral Design will resume in-person instruction in mid-Spring 2021 and has taken the following steps to incorporate best-practices for students and staff during the COVID 19 pandemic:

– Limit student attendance to 6 (six) per class so each participant has 6’ distance from another student when at his/her design station.

– Require students to wear face coverings (masks) at all times in the classroom space. – Require students to have temperature checks each day as they arrive in the classroom space. – Provide a personal hand sanitizer bottle to each student. Provide face shields upon request – Incorporate a UV-C air purifier in the classroom space. – Provide selected lectures via video to minimize sitting/stationary time in the classroom space.

We look forward to resuming classes and teaching about the best practices, procedures and techniques of professional floral design. When classes resume, our teaching team members will each have been fully vaccinated, and we encourage all students to get vaccinated when the opportunity is offered.
