The Phil Rulloda School of Floral Design has much to offer the

students with the lowest guaranteed student/teacher ratio in

California.

The ability to generate profit is what distinguishes the professional from the amateur. Our programs place strong emphasis on creating both beautiful and profitable floral designs. Our staff's background of having successfully operated a combined total of 13 retail flower shops allows us to provide you with proven techniques with which to prosper in our industry.
US Dept. of Commerce estimates Floriculture sales to exceed $19 billion in 2003. Professional floral designers are in high demand. Our "Floral Designer" class gives the student strong fundamentals with which to start a successful career. Established professionals who wish to enhance their design and management skill also find this course a great benefit. And, our advanced training programs are unequaled in this area.
Our staff is comprised of acknowledged industry leaders who have received nation-wide recognition in the field of floral arts including numerous awards and commendations from such well-known organizations as F.T.D., Teleflora, the Society of American Florists, the American Academy of Florists and the American Institute of Floral Designers. Phil Rulloda's Southern California School of Floral Design Located in sunny Southern California, is licensed by the State Board of Private, Technical and Business Schools. The school is within minutes of Disneyland, Knotts' Berry Farm, Hollywood and the Pacific Ocean.
Upon the successful completion of any of the school's programs the students will receive a Certificate of Completion for hours completed.
Graduating from the School provides the opportunity for employment in a flower shop or flower shop ownership. There is a growing demand for people qualified to work in the many facets of the floral industry. The rewards for learning floral design are immeasurable to the individual having the desire to be creative or for sheer self-enjoyment.
