Phil Rulloda's Southern California School of Floral Design located in sunny Southern California, is licensed by the State Board of Private, Technical and Business Schools. The school is within minutes of Disneyland, Knotts' Berry Farm, Hollywood and the Pacific Ocean. Upon the successful completion of any of the school's programs the students will receive a Certificate of Completion for hours completed.
